regrets

why am i such a jerk? ive looked past at the last couple of weeks and, like, im just appalled with myself. I texted even though my mom told me not too (even though not 419, like she claims). I pissed my brother off more than once, telling him to grow up (even though he does), but thats not my place to tell him. i completely shun all my friends who are actually friends, and i treat people like shit. just last night, i was at a party, and i got the bright idea to "ice" some kid. Me and a group of friends (ha!) went and pured ice down his back, which drove him to tears, and made me feel like shit. but did i apologize? no, of course not, that would make me look vulnerable

new beginnings

hey unfaithful, i will teach you, to be stronger, hey ungraceful i will teach you to forgive one anotherthese are lines off my least favorite underoath album, but these are my favorite. They make me think, like, about how much God loves me, and how it seems sometimes, i just dont love him back you know? i recently went through a situation earlier this week, where i really started questioning a person who i considered my best friend. I cant beleive it took me so long to realize that this guy always lies. To me, to whoever hes dating, probably to his own mother. He tells people he did drugs and alcohol just to look cool, he told me that the reason he convinced my girlfriend to leave me for him was because he was going to kill himself. I beleived, and i continued being his friend for a while. But now im just done, im fucking done with it, i refuse to speak to this guy again until he turns a new cheek. This is why i like those lyrics so much. I relate spiritually to them, and the secend part of the verse reminds me of my friend that i just described. I am a pretty ungraceful, and for that matter, ungrateful person. The main difference is that i see what an asshole i became, and now im working on changing it. I started this blog for reasons like this (more accurately jimmy started this blog), to let the world know about how im changing my whole life. thanks for listening (or reading) and please drop by again, cause with time ill get better at structuring these, wish me luck though!!
